I was in a car accident today, I was riding my motorcycle and I was hit by an oncoming vehicle. I was not at fault. I'm in the hospital right now. I have a fracture in the back of my head I broke my shoulder and I am in so much pain in my pelvis. My motorcycle is damaged to the point that I can no longer ride it. I'm going to need therapy because of my injuries. Is this something you can help me with?
